Some tips on speeding up Slackware 12.2 Boot

My Slackware laptop had decently fast boot times (a little over a minute), but I'm impatient and decided to see if I could speed it up some more. Here's the changes I made and the results down the bottom. This is on a Dell Vostro 1510, with 4GB of ram and a 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo. Obviously the results will vary depending on your hardware.

(There's also smoking, illegal drugs, prostitutes, and other vices as well) In total we are talking around 40-50% of the the economic stimulus being wasted on vices².

There is extensive historical documents surrounding this Rabbi from Judea who claimed to be much more than just a Rabbi. (Don't believe me that Jesus claimed to be God? See Matt. 27:43, Mark 14:62, Luke 22:70, John 6:35, John 6:40, John 6:51, John 8:12, John 8:23-24, John 8:58, and a bunch of others that I couldn't be bothered to look up right now)
