Apparently this jerk caught HepC in prison and is now "incapacitated for employments to which he is suited", so he's suing the prison operators. I guess you should have thought of that before beating a three year old to death.
Also four years!! What moron thought that was a fair prison sentence?
On the plus side I do appreciate how the authors described the "violent drunken bully" accurately. Eventually you get tired of hearing about "ex-convicts" and "alleged murderers", and just want someone to admit that we are talking about a violent thug here.
