The Joy of Political Correctness

A fat, black¹ women objects to being described as such. She fully admits that both of these adjectives are accurate, so what's the problem? Sure he could have written that she was "of considerable girth and belonging to a darker skinned ethnic group" but that takes a while to type/write and the document was only intended for internal use and not for media release or anything, and cops have to fill out a lot of paper work, so Constable Pendlebury decided² to save some time and just use simple, short words that mean exactly the same thing.

I suppose the description "fat and black" doesn't really capture Ms. Nixon in all her glory, so as a public service I'm going to suggest a good alternative: "Obscenely over-weight, over-sensitive b*tch", just in case anyone is unsure, that is derogatory.

1. A an aside there is something subtly wrong with our society that calling someone black can be considered an insult.

2. I admit he probably didn't consciously decide to do it and it was probably just a habit, but the same principle still applies.
