My ten goals, and what progress I've made:
- Run a half-marathon (21KM) in a decent time (less than 2 hours). Continued to work on week five of the C25K plan, was actually doing week six stuff on some days because I got confused about the rows. I'm going to start week six properly this week.
- Achieve a moderate level of strength; 30 pushups, 60 situps, and 10 pullups should do as a start (based on the Australian Army's Commando Physical Fitness Entry Requirements). Did some work several days.
- Be at a half-decent martial artist. No Progress.
- Shoot a rifle and pistol accurately. Did my firearms safety course. Waiting on the certificate for that.
- Have a decent knowledge of First Aid. No Progress; I'm going to leave this for a little while and work on other things.
- Be a member of the SES. No Progress.
- Have a basic working knowledge of at least one non-English language. Spent some time on lesson seven but didn't finish it.
- Make a decent profit on the share market (better than 5% annually). No Progress.
- Publish a short story, at least in one of the online magazines, but print would be better. No Progress.
- Post regularly here (at least once a week). One post.
