At least so they claim. This quote is particularly interesting: "One of the big contributing factors to obesity in this country is the increased access to unhealthy foods", Karen Inge of Jenny Craig. Bull!!! the main cause of obesity is lack of self-control, it's quite simple really the reason you're fat is because you eat too much for how much you exercise, it's not because someone makes food available for you, but because you choose to eat it. It's really not that hard to say, "No thanks, I'm on a diet, I don't need any more food."

Apparently the 2020 Summit doesn't just consist of left-wing yes men, but fortunately the Labour party has made moves to restore my faith in the irrelevance of the 2020 Summit results.

I've just started reading LawDog. One of the more interesting reads on his blog is his Meditations on Self Defence, I'm not sure if I entirely agree with it but it is still an interesting take on the issue of self-defence.
